The boy had a soccer game today down at Andy Livingston turf which is right up against Vancouver’s infamous Downtown Eastside; I ended up in a parking lot down an alley that seemed to have just an unreasonable amount of geometry wherever I looked.

There are at least four birds in the first picture.

Last game of the season, and he says he’s about had it with organized soccer. A pity, I sort of enjoyed the Soccer-Dad thing.

I'm confused. I live in the southern United States and we just played the first game of the season. Is there Winter soccer in Vancouver?
