I’m programming these days in an environment that makes me grumpy, so I console myself by shooting flowers. These are especially tasty, I think.

A wet poppy

A gladiolus
· · ·
Pale yellow rhododendrons

From top to bottom: a wet poppy, a gladiolus [Anita Rowland says it’s an iris; I didn’t know they came in this colour], and a pale yellow rhododendron.

I *think* the middle ones an iris actually. But still nice shots, rain isn't all bad.

Wow! They're all good, but the poppy looks especially beautiful to me; it's also making me miss Vancouver.
