A reasonably current version of my start page is usually available at Textuality, and contains most of the places that I visit often enough to have written down at some point.

I am a fairly heavy user of RSS-driven syndication tools; I currently use Ranchero Software's Net Newswire Light to scan about twenty newsfeeds on a regular basis; some of then come directly, others through News is Free.

Also I a pretty regular reader of The Vancouver Sun, The Economist, The New Yorker, Harper's, Car & Driver, The Absolute Sound, and UHF Magazine.
